Customer Relations Manager

Job Introduction

As Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in bringing the Principle Care Homes vision to life: “creating a world where everyone feels special.”

You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, supporting them with warmth and understanding throughout their journey into our home. You will build meaningful relationships within the local community, manage enquiries and events, and work closely with the wider home team to achieve occupancy targets. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, proactive and commercially focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for helping people find the right care and support.
