Wellbeing Assistant

Job Introduction

As a Wellbeing Assistant you will create meaningful and enjoyable experiences that support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing. You will organise and run individual and group activities based on residents’ interests and choices, while supporting events and building positive relationships with residents, families and the wider team. We are looking for a creative, compassionate and organised person who enjoys making a real difference.
