WE’RE LOOKING FOR A VERY SPECIAL KIND OF HOST

At Broomfield Village Care Home, hospitality is about so much more than serving food and drinks.

It’s about knowing how someone takes their tea.

Remembering their favourite dessert.

Making a family feel welcome when they visit.

Noticing when a resident might need a little extra time, reassurance or conversation.

We’re looking for a Host to join our hospitality team, someone warm, friendly and genuinely passionate about making people feel looked after.

You’ll help create a dining experience our residents can look forward to every day, from breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea through to supper, celebrations and special events.

As one of our Hosts, you’ll be:

Providing warm and attentive table service

Serving drinks, meals and refreshments 

Spending time getting to know our residents

Helping make birthdays and special occasions memorable 

Keeping our dining spaces beautifully presented

Working closely with our care and kitchen teams to give residents the best possible experience

Previous hospitality or care experience is welcome, but what matters most is your personality, kindness, reliability and attention to detail.

We want people who understand that great hospitality can genuinely make somebody’s day.
