In this key role, you will lead by example, supporting colleagues and ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will play an important part in the day-to-day delivery of care, working closely with the wider team to maintain a safe, caring, and respectful environment.

This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, confident in leading others, and committed to maintaining high standards of care. You will be expected to support care planning, oversee daily care delivery, and act as a role model for best practice.
